Here we go again!

Decided to use my fitness pal again, so fed up with being over weight , my biggest problem is weekends were I seem to undo my healthy eating during the week by binge eating at the weekends, I don’t drink alcohol but have issue with over eating . Would be good to get advice re weekends ! Thank you 😊 I’ve about 2 stone to loose and just recently suffered my first seizure 🥲 so defo want to get healthy

    Personally, what I do is "calorie bank": Eat a little (not a lot) under my MFP goal most days, in order to eat a bit more on some days. Some people also plan to exercise a bit more on those more-flexible weekends, to make a little more calorie wiggle-room those days, maybe even change eating schedule on the weekend (example: two bigger meals instead of 3 smaller ones).

    If there's true binging in the situation, in the sense of kind of uncontrolled/uncontrollable eating, that can be a different issue, i.e., it matters what the cause is: Boredom? Emotion? Habits? Social triggers?
