Creating a recipe using a recipe

Can you create a recipe using one of your already created recipes as one of the ingredients?

    On the web version, no. Recipes already entered don't pop up in a food search.


    What I do is use the Meal function. Once you name a Meal it will pop up in a regular ingredient search.

    Recipes don't really function that well for my needs. I just use them for things like sauces or soups that I can then add to the FOOD diary.

    Also, if you save a Meal, it can be added to a Recipe and the items in the Meal will add to the Recipe line by line by ingredient.
