I have too many inactive friends and would live for ppl to add me. Thanks a bunch.

    You may want to rethink your friend accumulation strategy

    I wrote guide one time on how this is done...

    basically friend someone active, say Rock there for example. See what friends he has who interact and then befriend those people.

    Hi,You probably meant to say you would " love" for people to add you...... Here's some information. Don't get upset or bothered by any negative comments. You got yourself in this place where you want to lose weight. Congratulations..... Let every thought in your head push you forward toward your goal. Yes, you need friends to support you.... and yes.. in this day and age of computers,, television... telephones with screens., etc.... many people are sitting down... way too much... but not you.... You want to get up and moving.... Start with a small circle of people you like .... any age bracket......All ages are in Myfitnesspal.... and the positive comments really help a person stay on track , especially when their spouses buy them pizza when they just lost two pounds.... or when a girlfriend says.... she is going to go off her diet. and won't you join her? Ignore all of that...... Start walking.... Set a reachable goal per day in the beginning..... but keep your eye on the prize..... a healthy, good looking you...... and there will be people who stop you.... or say nasty things.... but ignore it.....you have a goal in mind...... and you are going to be sooo happy when you reach it...

  • Anyone can feel free to add me... I try to stay as active as possible.. I will admit that I stink at logging on the weekends... I am going to try and be better about it. :)

    Ditto for me. having some friend motivation really helps me...

    I will be looking for anybody to talk me out of munching on bad stuff during the evenings. I can be good all day but when the evening comes and I'm ready to rest.... look out!
