    I like a good medium roast with a tablespoon of Califia Farms vanilla oat milk creamer and 1 tsp of Sugar in the Raw! Oh, and some cinnamon sprinkles too. :smile:

    There's a Keurig in my hotel room (which I cleaned with vinegar when I got here). I brought my erythritol and bought K-cups and whipping cream at the grocery store, so my first (and sometimes second) cup of the day is great... but once I'm working in the convention center, I'm at the mercy of this ballroom coffee - which is not great - so I'm adding cream and honey (because it needs it and I don't use the only other option offered - white sugar).

    Very boring when it comes to coffee. I usually buy Folgers or Maxwell House, add some 1% milk and a tsp. of sugar. When my dd comes to visit though, I'll spring for Starbucks or Green Mountain coffee.

    variety is the spice of life...

    My #1 choice would be a Starbucks nonfat mocha, sometimes with sometimes without whipped cream.
    But I also like mocha and espresso frappuccinos, and lately strawberry frappuccinos.

    But at home, I like a medium roast with any of the following:
    • cream and sugar
    • a few ounces of caramel protein drink
    • a few scoops of Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix
    • a scoop of chocolate protein powder
    • sometimes a scoop of Haagen Dazs coffee or chocolate ice cream
