How big of a portion do you cook/ eat? My overnight oats are about 1 calorie per gram fully cooked., and I typically eat 50 - 60 grams per serving.

90 g dry oats, with 5 g each chia, hemp seeds, wheat bran and flax seeds. 700 ml water.

Makes about 15 ~50 gram servings

Overnight oats are like a sandwich when it comes to recipes.

As long as you have oats and some kind of liquid in the right proportions? It will work.

So. What things do you like?

I have oatmeal and fruit every morning.
It’s a quarter cup dry oats, water, and dried fruit. It always comes in at much less than 359 calories.

    170g fat-free greek yogurt (100 cal)
25g rolled oats (1/4c) (75 cal by weight)
126g frozen berry mix (72 cal)
    =250 calories total

Optional for more protein: one scoop protein powder mixed into the yogurt at the start (90 cal)

I don’t add extra liquid, the berries thaw into the oats and “juice” them up. If anything it’s a bit too juicy. You could use 50g (1/2c) oats but the mason jar gets pretty full for stirring. Weigh the oats, measuring cups are pretty inaccurate.

Make a batch for the week and they stay in the fridge for a good 7 days.

Just add foods you like into your diary and play around with the proportions until you get the calories and macros you want.

I'd tend to around 20 g of oats so I had plenty of calories for fiber, fat, and protein sources. For example, berries, chia seeds, nuts (which I'd add at the time of serving), and yogurt.
