What are your favorite ways to use coconut aminos? (I'm vegetarian btw.)

Just as the title says. So I know as a sub for soy sauce, marinades, in soups. But I'd love to hear some more unusual, creative ways you enjoy them!

I know this isn't what you asked for, but . . . um, as a fellow vegetarian, I guess I'm wondering what you're wanting to get from using them?

Nutritionally, they might as well just be salt, a tiny bit umami-ized? Yes, there are amino acids, but in tiny amounts (0g per standard serving); maybe some good phytonutrients, but also tiny amounts. They're pretty much a gluten/soy-free soy sauce sub, somewhat less sodium, slightly sweeter flavor.

It would help to knows what you're trying to get from using them. I just use them as seasoning anywhere I'd use soy sauce or tamari, no real unusual/creative stuff.

If seeking umami flavor at low cals with no soy/gluten, I'd consider powdered mushrooms instead, among other possibilities. There are some gluten and soy free misos, too, with IMO more nutritional value but a few calories (not lots).
