    What have you learned from your past attempts, that you can either repeat this time because it worked, or skip because it didn't? I'm betting you've learned a lot pro/con that you can take advantage of, this time around.

    I'm sorry to say that I'm pretty much a sub-par MFP friend (more of a Community forum gal, I guess), but wanted to wish you success - hoping this time around will be the change that succeeds, and sticks long term, for you!
