You didn't really provide any information for anyone to help you. Starting weight, current weight, current calorie goals, etc.
Are you tracking your food? Weighing every bite that you eat?0 -
You know---if you seriously want help, you could give a little more information and open your food diary.0

We're going to need a lot more information:
- weight (current, starting, goal)
- age, height, gender
- what settings have you selected in MFP (weight loss rate, activity level)
- how active are you (in daily life and exercise) and have there been recent changes in activity level
- since when have you not lost weight
- how accurate is your food logging0 -
Ain't losing? Then likely NOT counting calories accurately and/or you're close to your goal weight and weight loss slows down a lot.
