Not loosing any weight

    You didn't really provide any information for anyone to help you. Starting weight, current weight, current calorie goals, etc.
    Are you tracking your food? Weighing every bite that you eat?

    You know---if you seriously want help, you could give a little more information and open your food diary.

    We're going to need a lot more information:
    - weight (current, starting, goal)
    - age, height, gender
    - what settings have you selected in MFP (weight loss rate, activity level)
    - how active are you (in daily life and exercise) and have there been recent changes in activity level
    - since when have you not lost weight
    - how accurate is your food logging

    Ain't losing? Then likely NOT counting calories accurately and/or you're close to your goal weight and weight loss slows down a lot.
