Milkshake or smoothie recipe using Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale protein shake?

I've been enjoying these Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale protein shake every couple of days - they fit my calorie goals and help me get protein. I'm wondering if I can make a 'real' milkshake out of them by throwing it in a blender with some ice?
Is that enough or do I need to add some low fat milk? A banana? Anything I add is upping the calories, although I'm willing to do it within reason if the end product is good enough.

You kind of have to experiment with protein powder "shakes." I like them with some fruit (bananas or avocado both add to the thickness and texture.) I also sometimes add Greek or plain yogurt, sometimes flavored yogurt, sometimes milk or even Jello pudding powder along with the ice. It depends on your palate and your tastes. Just play with it!0

Today I used
- one Atkins chocolate shake
- 1/2 banana
- 1 large cup ice cubes
Came out great, in fact enough for 2 so I shared with my wife and I only consumed half the calories in this treat.
I still think I have room to improve on it.2
