How do you break a plateau?

Well first you have to figure out if you are on one. So have you been TOTALLY CONSISTENT (eating, exercise, rest) for 6 weeks? If you had a party, indulged, overate, etc. during the 6 weeks then it's NOT a plateau. Plateaus are actually pretty rare.
If you weren't consistent, then it's STALL. Stalls happen all the time and usually it's because of a disruption in your regular routine of eating, exercising, rest and/or stress.
So tell us more.
