Fats/Carbs/Proteins

I'm having a really hard time managing my fats/carbs/proteins and hitting my target percentages.. I can't seem to find the perfect balance. It seems like every day one of the three isn't in my goal range. Currently I'm doing insanity, walking/jogging 2.5 miles a day. I am losing inches but the scale is pretty consistent. I'm curious if this is because I'm averaging 30% of my calories from fat on most days and if I need to start cutting back on fat calories, or if its just from working out and gaining muscle?
Any tips on how to better manage these things?

The Fats/Carb/Protein settings are a suggestion, not a limit. You can always change the percentage if you want. Either way, what is important is eating your calorie goal everyday. Having a caloric deficit is what causes fat loss, not macro ratio.0
