Nutritional Values - when cooked

Does anyone know if nutritional values which state "when cooked according to instructions" - include the oil recommended in the cooking instructions? I've never thought about it before and rarely use the amount of oil recommended so wonder if I'm logging it wrong.

    Well if it recommends the oil, then yes.

    yes, "as prepared" would include the oil if that is included in the preparation instructions.
