This is a huge celebration for me. SW: 265 CW: 205 GW: 150. I've been using intermittent fasting as a lifestyle tool for losing weight along with eating quality foods, drinking plenty of water, having grace for myself and exercising. I've been using MFP to tracking my eating intervals in the note section and water intake and that helps maintain discipline. I've become accountable to myself.

I'm going to keep pushing until I get to my goal. I think sometime next year is probably when I will get there. I've learned to be content where I'm at while still working on bettering myself. That is a huge accomplishment by itself and a lesson it's taking me years to learn.
