I can only do it by pretending I'm going to work. I prep my lunch and snack and "forget" there is other food nearby. I keep the same work hours, exercise schedule, etc. and avoid getting distracted by housework or TV. My only change is I do wear comfortable clothes.

I work from home also. I take care of children which is a challenge everytime I turn around I'm cooking for them. I am doing a weigh in every Friday with a friend. I'm hoping that helps. I definitely don't want to he tge one not to loose lol. Maybe a little competition will help me lol.

For the most part, working from home isn't much different than working in the office. Either way I struggle to plan eating or to drink water throughout the day, rely way too much on caffeine.
But what has changed is that I no longer have access to the on-site gym and fitness classes. It was a good mechanism between kids to keep me active, as I would do it with some of my work buddies and since sign ups were limited...I stayed on top of signing up and keeping those time frames locked out on my calendar.

I've been more recently scheduling workouts on my calendar to try and remind myself and hold myself to working out. It seems like if I can make sure to workout consistently, I'll stay on top of the eating and hydrating much better.

...with that said...I should stop procrastinating on forums and actually go workout. ;)
