Missed calories

Hey guys,
So this morning got off to a rough start and I didn't get any breakfast before I went to work. Now it's 4pm and I didn't eat anything all day until just now. Normally I'm at about 700cals by this time of the day. So for dinner, would it be best to just stick to slightly larger than my normal meal, or try and get up closer to where I should be? Opinions?

    Eat all your calories for dinner + desert.

    You never know, you might enjoy it so much that you start doing it every day.

    Have a snack before dinner, enjoy a higher calorie dinner and treat yourself to a delish desert . :wink:

    That's how I accidentally started doing 16/8 IF before I knew what IF was.
