Hello all!

My name's Eliza and I'm new here. Just trying to lose all the weight I gained over COVID so I feel more like "me" again. Focusing on just a lot of counting: calorie counting, step counting, eating during set times etc. Goal is to get back to between 130 - 140lbs. Starting from almost 180lbs.
