New here and learning my way around. I divided this journey into steps. First step track my exercise for a week. Next week I will add food tracking, I have never done it before so I know it will take time to master. I am hoping to loose a total of 50 lbs. My mini goal is to lose 30 lbs. by February 2022

It's a fine goal. I'd recommend seeing what each week brings and reevaluating about once a month. I've found that some weeks are better and others aren't so much. The main thing is to stay with it. I call a week a success as long as no weight was gained and a major success if weight was lost.
It's a neverending war. Win all the battles you can. If you are gonna lose one make sure it's with Ice cream or something youve been craving.0
