Eat To Perform Newbie

I've had a MFP account for YEARS, but I'm currently on a 30 day streak of actually logging everything I eat every day. That's a first for me. I'm so glad I am finally doing it. There's no way to make informed decisions without data.
I'd love to connect with other ETP'ers or IIFYM'ers or Precision Nutrition folks . . . or basically anyone who can relate to my daily Macro struggles.
I'm 46, 5'2" and currently 134 lbs. I'm thinking about loosing another 20 lbs, but my ultimate goal is to have a real waist again (and loose this ring of jelly) at any weight.
For ETP'ers, I'm in FL1.
