What is Premium's Food Analysis & Insights exactly?

Hello there,

I've been using the free app on Android for about 2 years. I'm thinking of upgrading to the Premium subscription but have a couple of questions.
1. What does the Food Analysis and Insights feature really do? Are there screenshots, sample reports, or something that will tell me this?
2. If I upgrade today, will the Analysis include my data from the past 2 years?
