Going to start Crossfit..how many calories should i eat/etc?

Hey peeps...So Im going to start Crossfit next week...I plan on starting at home...and after a month or so maybe joining a class:) Anywhoo...How many calories should i be eating? What did you eat? LOL...yes lots of questions..Like how much protein,what kinda fruits,and veggies,grains,etc? FYI... Im gluten and dairy free if that makes any difference ;)
