I have returned and will prevail!

Good morning. I'm back but this time I am being kinder with myself and setting much more realistic goals. I want to weigh less by my birthday in March 2022. BUT this time I am not setting a hard limit. I am being much more realistic as I am almost 40 and realized my body will not behave like I did when I was 20 (one could wish 😁) but primarily I want to FEEL healthier for myself and for myself alone. So here I am back again hope I do this. I have not really set a weight other than just a goal bc I couldn't set this up without one but I just want to see how much I can lose from November to March making healthier choices. Good luck to me!
