Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me a ball park figure of how many calories are burned doing the pro level on the belly blitz DVD? Really need to add the burned calories to my daily allowance but no idea how many to add! Thank you all so much x

I'm not familiar with this- is it only 3 minutes long like the title suggests? If so, hardly any, not worth counting.1

There is a category for "strength training" in the cardiovascular part of the diary - you could log 3 minutes of that but prepare for getting a tiny, tiny number.
If it's more like "circuit training" you could use that entry instead.
If it's only 3 minutes it's still going to be a tiny number.0 -
It's 12 3 minute rounds of high impact exercise, eg 3 mins of boxing then 3 mins squats etc, sorry, should have been clearer.0
