How many calories in a tin, including syrup.

“Del Monte Grapefruit Segments in Juice 411g” Energy: 138 kJ / 32 kcal.

I am not sure I am counting it right -- on the tin, there are calories per 100g, but NET content. I understand it relates to the fruit only. What about the calories in syrup? Were it about the weight I would presume it refers to the whole content of a tin, but these are calories, and they are provided as net content, which is somewhat confusing to me.

I don't eat the syrup, but if you do you would use that as part of the weight. To check, weigh the entire contents of the can.

Does the printed weight of the entire can include the syrup or not?

If you've already eaten some it's too late. Just log without the syrup and move on.
