ISO a good Shaker Cup

I just bought one at Walmart and went to shake up the contents and managed to get it all over me!

Anyone have one that they absolutely love and where did you get it? Thanks!

Using a blender for serious smoothies, I don't like the prices or small sizes of the commercial shaker cups for simple whey and milk mixing. I use a 1 liter peanut butter jar with a stainless steel shaker ball (four for a couple of bucks on ebay.) Lid's tight, it holds as much as I like and I can pour to a glass or crudely drink from the jar.

That's genius! I don't need the ball because I have the shaker things that came with the stupid cup! Our peanut butter is almost gone from the jar. I'll just tell my son to hurry up and finish it! Or move it to a smaller container. I have a small blender, but was looking for something to use at work. I doubt my coworkers would like to hear the blender every morning.

Glad if it works for you. I poured water from a measuring pitcher to calibrate "cups" and marked the side of the jar, for tracking serving calories and macros.

I have, and really like my BlenderBottle one. I will say I have also done what you said -- not ensured the top is clamped down tight enough and covered myself and my kitchen counter with my shake....ewwwww.

But now I make sure it's shut lol. I found it harder to get it shut when it was newer but now that the top has loosened a bit it's easier.

That's the kind I have. I could have sworn it was tight, but it wasn't. I don't need something that I can't trust to be completely tight before I shake. I'm old! LOL!
