Book recommendation for teenage boy

My 17 year old son often doesn't eat enough food, or enough protein and has gotten skinny which he does not like. Looking for a book that will educate him on how to eat and exercise for muscle maintenance/gain. He is not into body building but interested in body weight exercises he can do at home. Ty.

strictly from the nutrition side of things, Renaissance Periodization has a book "Fueling the Adolescent"

Absent a diagnosed medical issue, not sure nutrition is rocket science for a teen. The basics are well covered and a thorough introduction to bodyweight exercise and calisthenics progressions is in Ashley Kalym's book:

I have it on loan from my (large urban) public library on OverDrive - every kid deserves a library card and the untold wealth it offers. There are a lot of other diet and exercise resources already paid for by municipal taxes. (The proverb: give somebody a fish and you fed them a meal; teach them how to fish and you've fed them for life.)

I learned of Kalym bood from the Youtube Channel "Minus the Gym" whose isometric routine I'm using to spare sore shoulders - his videos take bodyweight to a very high level, he's approachable and "clean" of drugs and trendy promoted supplements and equipment as compared with a lot of the ginned up influencers kids find on social media.
