i used to use myfitnesspal to further my eating disorder. that was almost two years ago. now i'm an aspiring amateur boxer with dreams of going pro. i want to rebuild my body, training it to be stronger, faster, and harder. now i know that having the "perfect body" is impossible. not with the society we have today. so rather than training for a certain shape or weight, i want to train for a mindset. the mindset that i am enough.
if you're on here to starve yourself like i was, take my advice. you will never reach your true "goal weight", as it will just keep getting lower and lower until you die of malnutrition. it's a fruitless journey with no end in sight. you're never too far gone. it's never too late to get help.
tl;dr
i'm a recovered ed patient who wants to be able to beat up creeps. any tips from current bodybuilders/fighters?
