I am working on lowering my cholesterol so I can come off the pills for it. I would love some low cholesterol recipes. Also trying to eat healthier and exercise more to lose weight. My problem is I don't really like fish so it's mostly just chicken for me.

I am trying to lower my cholesterol, too. I have been watching my saturated fat intake. I aim for 12-15 grams of sat fat per day.

This site has good recipes https://www.diabetesfoodhub.org/

    As does www.eatingwell.com

Hi I too am trying to lower my cholesterol also been diagnosed as pre-diabetic so hoping to get both sorted out and get off the pills, having another blood test done shortly to see if what I have been doing so far is working, fingers crossed.
I have been gathering quite a few recipes although many are fish but I do eat a lot of chicken, one of the things I have found to add to most of my meals that is great is a product by Eat Water called Slim Rice or Pasta, for the whole pack it's only 18 cal and zero fats, carbs & sugar it help bulk out the meal if you have a good appetite, ok it's not the same texture as the 'real' thing and if you buy the original it's quite smelly (fishy like) when you open it, but once rinsed well it's fine and doesn't taste bad, although I never have it just plain always mix it into the meal I'm making so it takes on those flavours, there is also a no rinse version but all the Nutrition increases, still not bad but I prefer to keep as low as possible.

I went vegan (combined with healthy eating), and lowered my cholesterol from 246 to 160. Lots of black bean soup, lentils, vegan chilli, hummus, overnight oats with nuts or hemp seed, lots of salads with tofu and/or sunfower seeds, soymilk smoothies, etc.
