Constantly checking macros and don't understand how it works

Could someone please be kind enough to explain the macros part in myfitnesspal. I do not understand how it works. And what do I need to cut down on foods with a lot of cards and fats and focus only on protiens? And the last question is, If I consume 1000 calories and lose 500 calories through workout, will I still be able to lose weight?

That's the equivalent of eating 500 calories without exercising, a starvation diet. Don't starve yourself, you will lose muscle mass (your heart is a muscle!) and risk your health. For women, eat 1200 calories minimum (plus exercise calories), for men minimum 1500 calories (plus exercise calories), and even that could be too low depending on your stats and activity level.

Read the link to understand how Myfitnesspal works if you don't understand what Lietchi said above.

Macros: protein is in a lot of foods. It's highest in grains, nuts, legumes and animal products like meat dairy, eggs, cheese.

The best thing for you is to log food for a while and take a close look at the foods you are normally eating. Adjust frequency and portion sizes to hit the macros you have set.
