New BF mum, dreading dieting through Christmas alone lol

It's hilarious, but I've joined just as MFP has started to reconstruct the community page on the app! It's the whole reason I joined lol. Please forgive me if I struggle to respond promptly, but thank you nonetheless.

I'm especially interested in discussing all the fantastic but boring healthy living things my loved ones are fed up with me talking about, like meal prep and tupperware.

Any good exercises to fit in 10 minutes and under while still at home? Also, ways to maintain breastmilk supply while still restricting calories, and if anyone wants to be friends with me here, just to support each other reach our goals, despite all the depressing temptation Christmas and New Year is going to bring...

So don't be shy, give a shout (not literally, of course.)
