Hello. My name is Angie and I am back to MFP after about a year off. I am motivated and ready to succeed this time! I am 43 and the mother of two boys ages 5 and 3. I work full time plus and need to find a way to make healthy work in my life. I need all the support I can get. My goal is healthy and strong but need to lose at least 30 lbs just to be in the normal BMI range.
