foods for starting CBL?

I have been looking up ideas for carb back loading and a lot of mfp friends of mine have said they find it works very well for them. I decided tonlook into it some more to find you need to go low carb for 10 days prior to doing so. 30g of carbs a day is the norm I've seen. I'm wondering qhat foods should I eat to only intake 30g of carbs a day but also get my calorie intake of 1433? It seems a lot iffoods that give a good amount of calories are high in carbs. I really want to try this out but I think it'll be super hard not to go over 30g in a day. Any suggestions?
