    I don't log everyday because in a normal week I eat the same exact thing and my 7 day workouts are also the same....i run 5 miles everyother day and bike the off days and do weights every other day....

    My lean muscle seems good...my arms and legs are solid and toned...I have a big rib cage ( chest) but my ribs are visable...its the paunch on my gut that doesn't go away...

    Yea maybe SOME skin...but not all :). check my diary today...I WAY ate more than I ever do today...on vaca :)

    From those pics...probably the 20 percent...again my legs,arms back...are toned and firm...not much meat on my butt at all...just the lower belly...
