What an inspiration! I'm for the 12,000 times starting a weight loss journey. I've been up and down on a roller coaster all my life. Wanting to be better and at one point lost 50 lbs and I felt so proud but in the same was so hard on myself. (Perhaps because I was in a marriage where mental abuse was present.) I picked myself up and moved home. From there I have again been in and out of the gym and GNC. Slowly climbing the stairs of an 80 lb weight gain. Now at my all-time high weight gain, thinking maybe I just need surgery. This was a reminder that I too can do it and it is possible. I just need to stay motivated when I'm tired, or had a bad day, or made a bad eating choice, and not just give up. Thanks for this beautiful story and CONGRATULATIONS on all your ACHIEVEMENTS but also on all those hard days, trying days, and those days you felt unmotivated.6
