Just a quick introduction: I just started with myfitnesspal as I noticed I was gaining weight. I am now 73 kilos and hovering between 70-75 kilo's but it was more leaning to the 75 kilo's then 70. So I have started to take daily walks from 30 minutes to an hour and have started checking what I eat during the day.

I know it may sound crazy that I make such a fuss about 3 kilo's but I realized I need to make a change to prevent I go back 10 years ago when I weighed 10 kilo's more. Daily activity and finding a way to manage my eating habits during business trips will be the focus for me the next months to get back in control.
