My name is Chris. I am using the My Fitness Pal to getting in a better state of health. I am in my late 40s so it is about time. I want to lose weight, reduce sodium in foods I consume and eat generally healthier so I can lower my blood pressure. I would love to hear from others who have similar health goals.
