Wow!! You look amazing! I’m a bit over 250 pounds now and I really want to lose weight but nothing is working for me. How did you do it??1

You look great. I started at 250 in Feb 2021 and now down to 222lbs. How are you staying motivated?0

You look beautiful, for one. Second, you've accomplished so much. Don't give up now! You know what to do (you could teach a class on it). Keep doing that! I love that poster that says something to the effect of if you give up now, you'll end up where you were when you wanted so badly to be where you are now. Hope that makes sense.0

you look great, my goal was 155 and I made it there 1 time, couldn't stay there, went back to 160 but you may be different, anyway, enjoy where you are!0

Weight loss is complicated ... its not just calories in/calories out. And its definitely up and down. If you have seen things working, continue - and trust the process. I am not giving diet advise but I myself at times need to course correct at times. I think if you do the right thing, trust the process and dont try to force things that naturally take time.
You are doing very well and you should be proud of it.0 -
Congratulations on your weight loss. I would not dare to give advice but I can tell you what it worked for me. I don't think of losing weight as a diet, I think of it as a life style. Eat what you like and enjoy within your budget. If you want a piece of cake, make it fit within your day. If you want to eat pasta, do it, just account for it. In that way you won't feel depraved and if you don't feel depraved, what are you going to quit from? Believe me. It can be done. I eat exactly the same food as my family does and I lost 48 pounds in 7 months. I even ate Halloween candy within my calories. I like to bake and my family loves home made baguettes so I bake them almost every week and I always eat a piece. I weigh it and log it. I have a sweet tooth and I make sure that I leave a couple of hundred calories for my sweets after dinner. If it doesn't fit my calories, I will make sure that it will fit in tomorrow. If I think that I can't eat something I like until I get to my goal, which might be a few months from now, that can throw me out because it feels so far away, but if I think I can make room for it tomorrow, that settles me down. Tomorrow is just tomorrow. I did deprive myself (keto, no fat not sugar, Mediterranean, and what not) before, worked for a while and then back to my original weight and then some. Now, I am taking my time and enjoying the foods I like only in moderation.
I hope you stick with it. I wish you the best.2 -
You didn't mention how tall you are. By your after pic looks like your body reached its goal. That might be a good thing. At our age when you lose weight your skin sags. Do you really want to risk that? Be realistic. If you did lose ten more pounds where is it going to show? You look pretty good in that dress. Maybe work on maintaining the weight loss, increase your protein take over carbs, and keep on working with cardio, muscle building. Looks like that's all you need. Go enjoy a one hour walk. Do some strength muscle building.1
