Exercise all at once, or here and there?

I have little free time when I am at home as a result of having a very awesome and exhuberant infant. Rather than get up an extra hour early (I am losing enough sleep as is) I have started riding my bike to and from work. It's 5 miles each way. I also go jogging for 20-30 minutes on my lunch break ( permitted it's <100 degrees out.)

Does it matter that my 90 minutes of exercise is split up this way or would it be more beneficial to do it all at once?
I know I could maybe fit in a high intensity short workout after putting baby to bed & catching up on housework, but I really dislike high intensity work outs.

My thought was that anything is better than nothing, but then I ain't getting into my size 0's any time soon either, so I may be wrong. :/

Unless you're specifically training for an endurance event a bit here and a bit there is fine (and way better than doing nothing!)
