I think you may get varying advice ... and surely there is some 'magic' combo for you personally that would be best: however, for most people...it isn't really that important.
So my personal advice would be to not worry too much about it. MFP defaults to a macro breakdown that is probably fine. You will probably then notice some days that you feel more or less hungry and can start trying to see any trends with macro breakdowns.

For weight loss it doesn't really matter what macro split you follow, it's about the number of calories.
It can influence your satiation though, but that's highly individual (some people are less hungry with low carb, others need a high fiber intake,...) so you'll need to experiment.
It's also potentially important if you have certain health/fitness goals: carb management for diabetes, sufficient protein for building muscle when strength training, sufficient carb intake for endurance sports,...0
