Binge Eater trying to make changes to my eating

New to MFP, I'm trying to make positive wellness changes to understand some triggers and learn to control binge eating. I've already let it go further than I ever thought it would- so I'm utilizing MFP to just track what I eat to trend food patterns and eventually start making changes.
