Day one of a new start

Hi 1 day in on using Myfitness app, still trying to find my way around but getting there. Have put todays meals in and its seen my steps from Apple Watch so must be doing something right. Been on Gov 800 program and on week 11 one week left then start to introduce real food again hence the reason for starting this app journey. Friend uses it and highly recommended it and he has had great success with it so hopefully I can follow in his footsteps. Will hopefully be on here at least a couple of times a week looking for tips and encouragement so if you are in similar situation or just want someone to give a friendly reason to chat send me a message and we can exchange friend requests. Looking for helpful recipes to add to keep me full and medication for diabetes free. Can't eat fish or fish based foods as have allergic reaction to it so anything non fish based would be great.
