I ate 2 pears, 3 peanut butter sandwiches (4 tbsp of peanut butter) and a pack of carrots. I feel terrible because this adds up to 1150 calories :( 58 percent carbs, (I only ate whole grain) 27 percent fat, and 15 percent protein. Every day has been going like this. How much weight do I gain each night?
And I'm supposed to be eating 60 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 10 percent protein. Its just the peanut butter that concerns me.

1150 calories is about .4 lbs. You will only gain weight if you're that much in a surplus.

Don't worry about the peanut butter. Transition to a peanut butter that is just peanuts and no added sugar, salt, or oil.
Peanuts (and nuts generally) are not associated with weight gain.

  • By the way, I didn't overeat by that much. That's how many I ate total, but the fat quantity I ate, and the carbs? Won't I gain?

Nope. Only with an overall calorie surplus. The macros don't matter.

So you have only had a total of 1150 calories for the day? If so, you won't gain a lb. If you do, it's water. You need to eat a surplus of calories to gain any kind of fat.

You won't gain any. 1150 calories is probably too few. I see from your username and your friends' names/pictures that you likely have disordered eating, and I urge you to talk to a therapist and nutritionist if this is the case. They can help you develop a healthier relationship with food.

This. Also, you don't look 18...let alone 32.
