I like FitNotes.
Very flexible and customizable.
Which means the learning curve may be a tad more than an app that locks you in.
But once you are setup, very nice.0 -
I use pen and paper tbh, or a Google spreadsheet. The Google Sheets app is...okay...on mobile, the only real advantage to the google sheet vs making a spread in my journal is I don't have to juggle the journal in addition to my phone and water bottle as I go about my business in the gym. If you don't want to build your own spreadsheet, LiftVault dot com has a ton of spreadsheets for any program you like that you can download copies of, some of which will even calculate 1RMs and stuff for you depending on the program.0

For lifting I just use my notebook and a pen. I've tried various apps and just end up spending more time on data input than I do just jotting it down with a pen.0
