New here. Did a program a couple of years ago and lost over 70lb and became more active. Felt great. Then I let it slide and slipped most of the way back. Got a wake up call and started back on keto, then started looking for an app. Found MFP. Talked to a physio and got more rounded exercise advice and have gotten started there too. That will get easier as I get more fit and lose some weight. Well begun...
