skipping lunch

I am 90kg, down from 100kg, aiming for 80kg.
I have recently been skipping lunch, just having something small like half a Quest bar.
I feel like it's a good idea because the time between breakfast and dinner is 12 hours, and the time between dinner and breakfast is 12 hours, so it's all even.
It seems to be working. I actually look forward to dinner again, instead of it just being a boring routine.

I can skip breakfast, but lunch is sacred however, lol.
The goal is to be in a calorie deficit, and there are countless ways to achieve that, glad you've found something that works for you!2 -
