Back on track for December?

So I've been very on/off this year. But still managed to lose 42.6lb so far.

That leaves 118.6lb left to lose.

I've fallen off the wagon completely this month and really want to get back on track like now. So then December I can still finish strong.

It's my birthday on the 4th December. I'll be 28. And although I'm glad I aren't over 300lb this year. I really had hoped I'd be at least 200lb by this birthday and at my goal by my 29th.

Does anyone want a friend from the UK to help eachother stay on track?
