Hello, i just used myfitnesspal 3 days ago. I have a garmin fenix 6 and garmin connect app on my phone. I link garmin connect app with myfitnesspal app and turn on "Enable Negative Adjustments" in myfitnesspal setting.

The problem is exercise mark in myfitnesspal app higher than i do. for example today i have a rest day. Activity calo i burn today only 300 calo . but the exercise mark in myfitnesspal is 1465 calo. Please help me to make it link together right

You sound like you have your settings right.
To confirm - Garmin side does say that it's synced to MFP?

And just to fully understand - you aren't linking the apps, you are linking the accounts. Both the apps pull the data they display from the accounts - so there can be delays in what you are viewing in an app, compared to logging into your account via the web and seeing the figures.

So for your example, Garmin thinks you burned 2427 calories in total for the day. Appears you viewed those stats just past midnight?
2089 of that is a rather sedentary base burn of calories, your calculated BMR x 1.2.
338 is extra calories above and beyond that.

2427 should have been sent to MFP to do math with, with timestamp.
Garmin estimated that daily burn from your BMR, and the distance your steps took you. If distance is a good estimate - it's actually a very good estimate of extra calorie burn.

That 1465 in MFP though for Exercise calories, is that 8:34 am the next day, or 8:34 pm the same day as the Garmin stats?
Big difference. If Garmin sent figures for end of day, but MFP thought that was for 8:30 am, you would have a huge burn for the day.
Did you manually log a workout in MFP, or did one sync in from something like if you did an easy walk?

Also, that MFP line isn't actually useful for telling anything, can you go back to that day in your MFP Exercise Diary, and screen shot that, which shows the Garmin Adjustment.
And then tap and hold on that Adjustment, and screen shot the details of the figures that are shown.

Thanks - that will give means to explain it - almost always.
