I started to use the supplement I was just curious to here if it worked or not. What your thoughts on it.

It looks like the product is a buffered form of creatine. There hasn't been any evidence that buffered creatine is superior to creatine monohydrate from an absorption stand point, though the product that you are taking should work just fine if it does actually have creatine in it.

The odd extra rep or too, nothing to get excited about tbh0 -
No form of creatine has been shown superior to basic/cheap creatine monohydrate. Essentially, you are only appealing to marketing.

Creative upsets my stomach, Kre Alkalyn doesn’t. That makes it worth it for me although I can’t personally compare the two in terms of effectiveness.0
