Hello. I have been on before but always seem to lose focus. Life happens and I get busy etc. I am a 28-year-old mom of 3. Currently, I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and I need to turn myself around so that I am here for my kids as they grow up. I work an office job as a supervisor and we are currently working from home so a lot of my day is spent at a desk. Over the last several years I have tended to just eat to keep my hands and mouth busy, not because I was actually hungry. With my dr, we determined this was a symptom of my untreated ADHD so we are working on finding a medication that works for me. So far with limiting my sugar intake a cutting back on Soda along with being mindful of my calorie intake I have lost 11 pounds in 10 days. I have also cut back on red meat, replacing it with vegetarian alternatives like Boca and Morning Star, for actual meat I am staying with Fish, Chicken, and Turkey in moderation.
