Hey all,

My trainer has been working with me on cardio, balance and core as well as some strength and conditioning.

Problem is, they have gone on a trip for two weeks and I know that I probably wont kick my butt as hard as they will kick my butt. lol

Ideas for simple and cheap, non-gym exercises that I can do so I don't lose ground?

I have been walking the whole time about three times a week and averaging between 5 and 7 miles per day. Been working with the trainer two days and taking two off.

Thanks!

JCM

Why not ask for a program to tide you over and do on your own while they are gone. You might not work as hard but you can try.

Don't sweat it. I mean, sweat, just don't worry about it. So, push ups, squats, crunches...anything you can do is a plus.

Well I may try to do that. I guess something is better than nothing.
