Here we are in DECEMBER (where does the time go I might ask?)
ANYWAY we're off for the December Challenge. Same challenge as past months where you choose your mode of exercise/steps. You come here and log as often as you can so that we can share in your progress.
MY PERSONAL GOAL will be 100 WALKING Miles this month as December is a bit difficult.
I HOPE too see the 'oldies' here and maybe some new peoples!

Thanks for setting this up each month. These challenges have been very motivating for me! I had to bike in less than ideal conditions a few times last month to get my miles in and it has been so good for me.
December goals:
Run/Walk: 85 miles
Bike: 50 miles (I have to be realistic about this - since average high December temp is 36 and average low is 23. People already think I'm nuts for biking when it's 45!)2 -
My December goal is to walk 100 miles. With the colder weather in December this will definitely be challenging

We’ve made it to the end of 2021! I’ve challenged myself to log 1000 miles on the elliptical. No timeline—just do it. I’m very close to being within 400 miles of that goal, so that will be my December goal: 75 miles will get me there. That’s quite a bit less than I usually log, but Christmas and end of semester is crazy!

Had to cut my gym time short tonight because I only had a short window between dropping my daughter off for a performance and getting back in time for the show. So only 25 minutes instead of my usual 65, but I used the time I had well!
